The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) Program regulates activities in, on, or over surfaces waters or wetlands. ERP applications and state-owned submerged land authorizations are processed by either one of DEP’s regulatory district offices or one of Florida’s five water management districts.
Department staff can provide a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of educational leaders and students. All programs are designed to help teachers meet their Sunshine State Standards while giving students a great experience whether they are in elementary, middle or high school.
