This Microsoft Excel spreadsheet can help determine the minimum funding requirements for each landfill or partial landfill (by cost estimate form) when using an escrow account for a Landfill Management. Remember WPFs and Tire facilities need to be fully funded (and therefore their estimates extracted from a landfill estimate). And an escrow balance for LTC is not required until final closing.
