Public Workshop - Rule 62-600.705, F.a.c.

The Department is proposing the development of Rule 62-600.705, F.A.C., to implement the power outage contingency plan and collection systems action plan provisions of the Florida's Clean Waterways Act (Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida), as discussed at the November 19, 2020, and March 19.2021, public workshops for Chapter 62-600, F.A.C. This rule development workshop will be held to present Rule 62-600.705, F.A.C., which is being developed to implement many of the collection systems-related provisions of Florida's Clean Waterways Act (Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida).
