Revisions to Chapter 62-210, F.A.C.

Chapter 62-210, F.A.C., establishes the department’s general requirements for stationary sources. The division is publishing the Notice of Proposed Rule to amend Rules 62-210.310 and 62-210.700, F.A.C.

This rulemaking project amended Chapter 62-210, F.A.C., amends the sunset date for startup, shutdown, and malfunction provisions in Rule 62-210.700, F.A.C., as part of the department’s response to the Environmental Protection Agency’s Startup, Shutdown and Malfunction State Implementation Plan (SIP) Call. Other corrective and clarifying changes are also proposed in Rule 62-210.310, F.A.C. The Notice of Rule Development was published on Nov. 4, 2021.
