Revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) - Exclusion of Ethanol Fuel Production Facilities from Meaning of "Chemical Process Plants"
On December 12, 2011, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection submitted a proposed SIP revision to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to exclude ethanol fuel production facilities from the meaning of "chemical process plants" as used throughout Florida's Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) air permitting rules. On September 16, 2020, the EPA approved the revision request.
