Flora City Water Association Utility Easement: Withlacoochee State Trail (Lease No. 3876)
The Flora City Water Association is requesting a 1.75-acre utility easement along a portion of the Withlacoochee State Trail. The easement extends an existing water main line located adjacent to the Trail. The Applicant requires the easement to provide better fire protection and extend potable water to residents on wells experiencing water quality issues.
