The Advanced Cleanup Program (AC) was created to provide an opportunity for site rehabilitation to be conducted on a limited basis in advance of the site's priority ranking at sites eligible for restoration funding under the Early Detection Incentive Program, Abandoned Tank Restoration Program, Petroleum Liability and Restoration Insurance Program or the Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program.
