Loan Agreements Executed for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program Projects

  • Carrabelle Water Lines - A planning and design loan was executed for $257,950 for water lines in Lighthouse Estates residential subdivision on the west side of Carrabelle in Franklin County. This includes $128,975 in principal forgiveness which will not have to be repaid by the city.

CWSRF Program

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program provides low-interest loans for planning, designing and constructing water pollution control facilities under Chapter 62-503, F.A.C. The department receives requests for funding throughout the year for wastewater, stormwater, and certain energy and other types of projects.

DWSRF Program

The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program provides low-interest loans to eligible entities for planning, designing and constructing public water facilities under Chapter 62-552, F.A.C. The department receives requests for funding throughout the year. The information is used to establish the project priority list for the following annual cycle.
