Central District Outreach - Ombudsman

The Ombudsman is responsible for:

  • Assisting citizens who have questions or complaints. 
  • Clarifying or explaining complicated issues.
  • Resolving disagreements.
  • Responding to legislative requests.
  • Responding to media inquiries.
  • Coordinating outreach and volunteer activities.
  • Fulfilling public records requests for multiple programs.
