The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has proposed revisions to Chapter 62-302, Chapter 62-303, and Rule 62-4.242, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) as part of the Triennial Review of Florida's Water Quality Standards. DEP will present its proposed revisions to Florida's surface water quality standards to the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) for approval to adopt at a public hearing.
