Call to Order/Announcements
Consider the April 14, 2023, regional hearing and meeting summary.
Items approved by the Division of State Lands via the online negative response process since the April 2023 ARC meeting.
Determine whether a 20-acre conservation easement in Putnam County, Florida, over property belonging to Nora and Jeffrey Hanson fulfills a clearly delineated state conservation policy and yields a significant public benefit.
Consider whether amending an existing easement to add approximately 1.876-acres for access to benefit an underground electrical utility easement within the J.R. Alford Greenway is consistent with the Board of Trustees’ Linear Facilities Policy.
Consider whether an approximately 0.53-acre public easement for installation, operation, and maintenance of an underground sewer force main across Koreshan State Park is consistent with the Board of Trustees’ Linear Facilities Policy. 
Consider a 10-year update to the River Lakes Conservation Area Management Plan (Lease No. 3803).
Consider a 10-year update to the Indian Lake State Forest Management Plan (Lease No. 4577)
Consider a 10-year update to the Myakka State Forest Management Plan (Lease Nos. 4102 and 4327).
Vote on whether to amend the Apalachicola River Florida Forever Project Boundary to add seven parcels totaling approximately 424 acres in Calhoun County with a tax assessed market value of $244,382.
Vote on whether to amend the Strategic Managed Area Lands List Florida Forever Project Boundary for the Division of Recreation and Parks to add two parcels totaling approximately 249 acres in St. Lucie and Wakulla counties with a tax assessed market value of $264,950.
Take Public Testimony on the Florida Forever 2023 Cycle 2 Proposals.
Vote on whether the Chunky Pond, Deer Creek Ranch, English Forest Preserve, Ford Marsh, Lake Powell North, Little Pine Ranch, Myakka Ranch, Trailhead Blue Springs, Venus Project, Waccasassa Bay Headwaters, Welles Ranch, and Yarborough Ranch Florida Forever 2023 Cycle 2 Florida Forever proposals will proceed through the project evaluation process for potential addition to the 2024 Florida Forever Priority List.
