Management Plan Amendments for Campgrounds

At the June 10, 2011 ARC Meeting, the council approved a modification of the negative response process for management plan amendments for campgrounds. Under this process, at the request of one or more council members, these items would be scheduled for consideration at a regular meeting of the council. Absent this request, the items are approved by delegated authority to the Division of State Lands.

Negative Response Requests

Management plan amendments are posted on Thursdays for a two-week review period, except for state or federal holidays.

Previously reviewed items will be available for up to one year following the review period.
