Learn How To Use Dep's Online Resources - Training Sessions

The Northwest District will offer quarterly training sessions on our online resources, including: Oculus, Map Direct, and Business Portal and Electronic Self Service Applications (ESSA). Training sessions will be the same each quarter, but the recurring sessions will make it convenient for those interested to attend. Also, if you can't make all three classes in one day, you can choose one session now and attend another session next time. 

The first session will be February 12, 2020.

9 a.m.- 10 a.m. - Oculus and Public Records - The department's online document management system that makes public records easily available to the public.
10 a.m.- 11 a.m. - Business Portal and Electronic Self Service Applications (ESSA) - The department's online portal that provides for electronic submission of certain fees, applications and reports.
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Map Direct - The department's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) resource that makes GIS data and site information available to the public.

The next session will be offered on May 13. 2020. Registration for that session will open Feb. 13, 2020. More dates will be added quarterly.
