The Biscayne Bay Commission will convene to receive presentations on the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) and Industrial Stormwater permitting programs and Biscayne Bay Water Quality Improvement Grant Program. They will also discuss and review the Strategic Plan for Water Quality Restoration in Biscayne Bay.
