Navigating The Permitting And Compliance Process

The Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) Program regulates activities in, on, or over surfaces waters or wetlands. ERP applications and state-owned submerged land authorizations are processed by either one of DEP's regulatory district offices or one of Florida's five water management districts. The goal of the workshop series is to provide stakeholders with the opportunity to learn more about the permitting process and identify key requirements for various project types that will help ease the permitting process and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
