The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) announces a public information-gathering forum to which all persons are invited to review and provide comment regarding three Ecosystem Management Agreements between DEP and the St. Joe Company for portions of Bay and Walton counties.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this meeting is to receive public comments on the continuation and updates to three Ecosystem Management Agreements between DEP and the St. Joe Company for portions of Bay and Walton counties. The earliest agreement has been in place since 2004, and the most recent was established in 2020. Parties to the agreements will be present to answer questions, provide updates and offer general information. The agreements and associated documents are available on DEP’s website: FloridaDEP.gov/Northwest/NW-Permitting/Content/Selected-Environmental-Resource-Permit-Application-Notices.
Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
