Preconstruction Services

Overview: The Preconstruction Section includes a design team and contracts team. The design team provides project management from the date a new project is assigned until design and permitting are complete and the project is ready to go out to bid. The contracts team handles all administrative functions for the entire bureau including task assignments for design and permitting, competitive bidding, construction contracts and change orders.

Mission: Provide high-quality, value-added preconstruction services, including procurement and architectural/engineering design management services, ensuring all projects meet the needs of our clients and are completed on time and within budget.
