The purpose of this withdrawn rulemaking project was to revise the following Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) rules to address air emissions during transient operation conditions for some source categories, to delete provisions that are outdated or superseded by federal standards, to clarify federal rule applicability, and to clarify what an existing and new source is in each rule that uses these terms. Other minor corrective or clarifying amendments were also proposed.
