The Citrus County Sheriff’s Department Training Facility is located at:
1300 S. Lecanto HighwayThis facility is utilized for day use only training exercises. The facility is served by a public water supply that is the primary source of drinking water. The facility does have one on-site potable well, which is currently used only for supplying water to hydrants. The site also has a stormwater pond.
The Chipola College Firefighting Academy is located at:
3052 Calhoun RoadThis facility is utilized for only day use training exercises. The facility is served by one on-site potable well and one fire suppression well used for training exercises.
