As part of the Skip the Straw initiative, we are asking Florida communities to help educate the public on the importance of reducing plastic pollution. DEP has developed the below social media toolkit that includes social media graphics and example posts.
Skip the Straw is part of a larger DEP initiative to reduce waste, increase recycling and partner with communities to protect Florida’s environment. DEP encourages Florida residents to reduce overall waste, recycle and participate in cleanups throughout the year.
