Pasco County Solid Waste Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility (PA87-23SA1): For the construction and operation of a new municipal waste combustor unit (Unit 4) and associated facilities to supplement the three existing certified units (Units 1-3). Unit 4 will burn approximately 475 tons per day (nominal) of municipal waste and generate approximately 18 megawatts (nominal) of electricity. This application is being processed under the Florida Power Plant Siting Act.
The Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) at 40 CFR 141.84 require community and nontransient noncommunity public water systems to complete lead service line (LSL) inventories by October 16, 2024.
