DEP SharePoint Instructions for External Users

The Office of Technology and Information Services provides Remote Desktop Web as a service to DEP employees. Approved employees have remote access to DEP’s network as well as standard desktop applications through a web browser interface. Although the programs are actually running on a remote computer, to the user, they appear as if they are running on their local computer.
Have you ever tried to login from home only to discover your password has expired? No problem! Whether your password has expired or you just want to reset it prior to expiration, go to the following address and follow the instructions. NOTE: Your DEP email address is your username for this process.
1. https://outlook.com/dep.state.fl.us
2. When prompted to login, type your Floridadep username, (e.g., Floridadep\Coyote_W) and your Floridadep password. Note: Be sure to precede your username with Floridadep\
