Mangrove Trimming Application

The following is designed to provide information for persons to become a Professional Mangrove Trimmer (PMT) under the 1996 Mangrove Trimming and Preservation Act [Sections 403.9321-403.9334 of the Florida Statutes (F.S.)].
Delegation of the mangrove program is authorized under Section 403.9324 of the Florida Statutes. The following local governments have been delegated the authority to implement the Mangrove Trimming and Preservation Act. Questions regarding trimming in a delegated area should be directed to the responsible agency below.
