The purpose of this rule development workshop is to discuss draft rules to implement section 403.0741, F.S., relating to the removal and disposal of grease waste from originator food establishment grease interceptors and grease traps. Entities for which this rule is relevant include grease waste haulers, originator food establishments, disposal facilities that receive grease waste, and local governments.
