Public Rulemaking Workshop for Chapter 62-761, F.A.C.
DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 62-761, F.A.C. The purpose of this rulemaking initiative is to adopt rules for Underground Storage Tank Systems. In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above and it will also be conducted virtually via Teams.
