Most files are available for download by county. The common field in each file is the facility identification number. Download the List of County Codes.

Note: Many of the available Excel files are quite large. It is recommended that you download the Excel file(s) to your hard drive before opening the file(s).

Florida Inspection Reporting Storage Tanks (FIRST)


To locate the county or district a facility is in, please use the Facility Name and Address Search.


  • All Facilities and Insurance Information (by county) 
    Storage tank facilities registered with the department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes the facility identification number, site location, facility type and status, and financial responsibility history. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • All Facilities and LatLong Information (by county) 
    Storage tank facilities registered with the department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes the facility identification number, site location information with latitude/longitude, and facility type and status. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • All Facilities and Owner Information (by county) 
    All storage tank facilities registered with the department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes the facility identification number, site location information, and owner information. In the case of closed facilities - where all tanks have been removed or closed, and there is also no petroleum discharge or ongoing cleanup activity - the owner data may not be current but would represent the most recent information made available to the department. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • All Facilities and Tank Information (by county)
    All storage tank facilities registered with the department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes the facility identification number, site location information, and basic storage tank information such as size, placement, substance stored, installation date, and current tank status. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • Tank Facility Discharge Information (by county)
    Lists the storage tank facilities where a petroleum discharge or suspected release has been reported to the department. Information includes the facility identification number, name, and address info with lat/long; facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is also a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program and compliance inspections are performed by DEP district staff). Additional report data: discharge date(s), cleanup required indicator [as per Chapter 62-780, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.)], discharge score and score date, discharge cleanup status and status date. Updated daily.

  • Storage Tank Facility Registration Placard Recipients (by fiscal year)
    Excel spreadsheet lists the storage tank facilities that have been issued a storage tank registration placard for the fiscal year chosen. Information includes facility identification number, name and address, placard number, and issue date. 

  • Regulated Mineral Acid Tanks (by county)
    Provides storage tank and facility data for all sites where there is located a mineral acid storage tank that is regulated by Chapter 62-762, F.A.C. Information includes facility ID, name and address info; facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is also a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program and compliance inspections are performed by DEP district staff); storage tank ID, capacity in gallons, placement (underground or aboveground), installation date, content, status, status date, and a tank indicator that the system is single-walled "SW" or double-walled "DW" and all are secondarily contained. Updated daily.

  • Regulated Retail Facilities List (by county)
    Provides facility data for the regulated retail storage tank facilities. Information includes facility ID, name, address with lat/long info, a count of the number of the regulated ASTs and USTs, and a facility indicator that denotes whether all storage systems are double-walled (FacDet = "DW"), or if single-walled (FacDet = "SW"), the tanks are within secondary containment or a dike field for ASTs. Updated daily.

  • Regulated Facilities and Owner Information (by county and statewide)
    Storage tank facilities where there is located active underground or aboveground storage tanks currently regulated by Chapter 62-761, F.A.C., or 62-762, F.A.C. Information includes the facility identification number, name and address, facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program and the compliance inspections for this site are performed by DEP district staff). The list also provides a count of the regulated USTs and ASTs on-site and is updated daily. 

  • Regulated Facilities and Tank Information (by county and statewide) 
    Storage tank facilities where there is located active underground or aboveground storage tanks currently regulated by Chapter 62-761, F.A.C., or 62-762, F.A.C. Information includes facility ID, name and address, facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is a contractor with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program and the compliance inspections for this site are performed by DEP district staff). Tank information includes tank ID, capacity in gallons, placement, installation date, content, status, status date, and a tank indicator that the storage system is "SW" or "DW." "DW" (double-walled) indicates that both the tank construction and the piping construction of the storage system have secondary containment. "SW" (single-walled) indicates single-walled tanks within secondary containment or a dike field for ASTs. Updated daily.

  • Regulated Tank Construction Information (by county) 
    Regulated storage tank systems and the construction attribute codes and descriptions that are associated with each tank. Information includes the facility ID number, the tank alias (number), the tank construction code(s) and description(s), tank capacity, placement, content code and description, the tank installation date, the current tank status description, and the status effective date (where known). Match to the other facility reports with the facility and/or owner name information by the facility ID number. Match to the other tank attribute reports with the facility ID number and the tank alias number. Updated daily.

  • Regulated Tank Monitoring Information (by county) 
    Regulated storage tank systems and the monitoring attribute codes and descriptions that are associated with each tank. Information includes the facility ID number, the tank alias (number), the tank monitoring code(s) and description(s), tank capacity, placement, content code and description, the tank installation date, the current tank status description, and the status effective date (where known). Match to the other facility reports with the facility and/or owner name information by the facility ID number. Match to the other tank attribute reports with the facility ID number and the tank alias number. Updated daily.

  • Regulated Tank Piping Information (by county) 
    Regulated storage tank systems and the piping attribute codes and descriptions that are associated with each tank. Information includes the facility ID number, the tank alias (number), the tank construction code(s) and description(s), tank capacity, placement, content code and description, the tank installation date, the current tank status description, and the status effective date (where known). Match to the other facility reports with the facility and/or owner name information by the facility ID number. Match to the other tank attribute reports with the facility ID number and the tank alias number. Updated daily.

  • Regulated ASTs (by county) 
    Regulated aboveground storage tank systems. Information includes the facility ID number, facility name and address, type and status; the tank alias (number), the tank capacity, placement, content code, and description, the tank installation date, the current tank status description, and the status effective date (where known). Updated daily.

  • Regulated USTs (by county) 
    Regulated underground storage tank systems. Information includes the facility ID number, facility name and address, type and status; the tank alias (number), the tank capacity, placement, content code, and description, the tank installation date, the current tank status description, and the status effective date (where known). Updated daily.

  • Federal Storage Tank Facilities (by county and statewide)
    All federal storage tank facilities registered with the department and tracked for active storage tanks, storage tank history, or petroleum cleanup activity. Information includes the facility identification number, site location information, and basic storage tank information such as size, placement, substance stored, installation date, and current tank status. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • Leaking Aboveground Storage Tank Site Locations (by county and statewide)
    Aboveground storage tanks located at facilities with active contamination. Information includes the facility identification number, site location information, if tanks are aboveground, underground, or both, and basic storage tank information such as size, and substance stored. Data is taken from the Storage Tank and Contamination Monitoring (STCM) database and updated daily.

  • Department of Revenue Monthly Report
    Information includes the facility ID number, facility name and address, type and status; the tank capacity, the facility owner information, and latitude and longitude for facilities with tanks containing Leaded Gasoline, Unleaded Gasoline, Gasohol, Vehicular Diesel, Aviation Gas, Jet Fuel, Emergency Generator Diesel, Generator / Pump Diesel, Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel, Kerosene, Fuel Oil: Onsite Heating, Generic Gasoline, Bio-Diesel B20, Ethanol E10, or Ethanol E85.
