The Florida Waste Tire Management Program includes a regulatory program that addresses how waste tires can be transported, stored, processed, disposed of or beneficially used, and an abatement program that assists in cleaning up illegal waste tire piles. The program also includes a grant that distributes funding to small counties with a population less than 110,000 to assist with local waste tire management efforts. In addition, Florida publishes a State of the State Report that summarizes the program’s progress.
Waste Tire Collector decals expire April 1 every year. Current decals are Teal on White. Please visit the new online registration portal where you may obtain a waste tire collector registration decal and submit annual reports.
