DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., entitled, "Environmental Resource Permitting," to update the environmental resource permitting (ERP) stormwater design and operation regulations using the most recent scientific information available. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to present DEP's proposed rule revisions. This fourth workshop will focus on updated language of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I and Chapter 62-330, F.A.C. Input will also be requested on potential future rule development workshop topics. The department is hosting this public workshop for in-person attendees at the physical address listed above, as well as virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials are posted on the webpage below.
