Public Rule Development Workshop - Chapter 62-330, F.A.C.

DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., entitled, "Environmental Resource Permitting," to establish a water quality credit trading program between water quality enhancement areas permitted under the environmental resource permitting program and governmental entities. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to present DEP's proposed rule revisions and receive public input on the development of proposed amendments. The department is hosting this public workshop for in-person attendees at the physical address listed above, as well as virtually via GoToWebinar.
