The methodologies in this Part II are intended to aid applicants in designing stormwater management systems to meet the design and performance criteria. These methodologies are by no means the only acceptable method for designing stormwater management systems. Applicants proposing to use alternative methodologies are encouraged to consult with agency staff in a pre-application conference.
