Real world project example.

This project example was developed to evaluate a net improvement design in accordance with the presumptive criteria standards and demonstrate how the design may be enhanced to comply with the newly adopted performance standards set forth in Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., effective December 28, 2025. The example further illustrates the application of these standards as detailed in the Environmental Resource Permit Applicant’s Handbook Volume I, specifically Section 8.3.4 and the relevant provisions of the applicable District-specific Applicant’s Handbook Volume II.
