ICAST Paddleboard Giveaway Rules

ENTER TO WIN A PADDLEBOARD

1. Follow us on Instagram at @fl.dep.
2. Post a photo on your Instagram of your favorite Florida waterbody or the DEP ICAST booth.
3. Tell us why it’s your favorite Florida waterbody in the caption.
4. Tag 3 friends to encourage them to help Protect Florida Together.
5. Use the hashtags #ProtectingFLTogether and #ICAST.

RULES

• Contest will open on Wednesday, July 10, at 9 a.m., US Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and will close on Friday, July 12, at 3 p.m., US Eastern Standard Time (“EST”).
• You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or US Territories, who is at least 18 years of age.
• Entry must be posted on an individual’s personal Instagram page.
• Only one entry per person will be considered.
• You must take the photograph, and you must have all the rights to the photograph.
• Participants must be registered 2019 ICAST attendees and provide an ICAST attendance badge as proof of attendance.
• Registered lobbyists, DEP Employees, Vendors, Volunteers, Officers, Directors, Agents, Representatives, Concessionaires, Citizen Support Organizations, DEP Contractors, participating agency contractors, sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes or participate in this contest.
• A committee will select a winner based on adherence to contest rules and the post’s originality, composition and expression of appreciation for Florida’s waterbodies. The decision of DEP's judging panel will be final and binding on all participants in respect to all matters relating to this Contest.
• Winner will be contacted via Instagram by a Florida Department of Environmental Protection representative by September 30, 2019.
