Revisions to Chapter 62-160, F.A.C., Quality Assurance, and the DEP Standard Operating Procedures

The revisions to Chapter 62-160, F.A.C. (Quality Assurance), the DEP SOPs (Revision date January 2017), and miscellaneous documents incorporated by reference are effective as of 4/16/18.
Older versions of Chapter 62-160, the DEP SOPs and certain other incorporated documents are no longer valid for current use.

History of Latest Revisions
The latest revisions to Chapter 62-160, F.A.C. (Quality Assurance), the DEP SOPs (Revision date January 2017), and miscellaneous documents incorporated by reference, which became effective on 4/16/18, included revisions presented in the Notice of Proposed Rule on March 14, 2017 and subsequent revisions presented in a Notice of Change (NOC) on July 14, 2017. The revisions to the Chapter in the NOC were in response to comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee of the Florida Legislature.
