Announcing a public meeting to discuss and receive comments on the Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) for the Lower and Middle Suwannee River and associated springs prior to adoption. The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs).
