Outdoor Florida Webinar Series

Description: March is Florida Archaeology Month, so this webinar will take a look at how to promote and preserve trails that are part of cultural or historic sites. Our guest speakers will be representing the Florida Public Archaeology Network and the Calusa Trail. The Calusa trail is managed by the Randell Research Center as part of the Florida Museum located in Pineland. Their presentations will cover how to balance recreation with preservation, best practices for interpretation and education, resources for trail managers who work with cultural trails, and more.
