Notice of Public Meeting - Indian River North County RO Concentrate Discharge Facility proposed permit

To obtain public comments on the draft permit for IRCUD - North County Demin Concentrate (FL0166511-006-IW5A).

Public comment will be accepted through the close of the public meeting. Any person may submit oral or written statements and data at the public meeting, or written comment may be submitted in advance of the public meeting at the following email address. All public comments received will be reviewed and taken into account as the Department takes final action. 

The permit application file and supporting data are available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department's Southeast District Office, 3301 Gun Club Road, MSC 7210-1, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406-3007.  The Southeast District Office can be reached at 561-681-6600.
