On September 30, 2022, the Department submitted the final proposed revision to Florida’s Pending Excess Emissions Rule State Implementation Plan (SIP) in response to the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) June 12, 2015, Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM) SIP Call (80 Fed. Reg. 33,840).
On August 17, 2022, the Department submitted the proposed Pre-Hearing revision to Florida’s Pending Excess Emissions Rule SIP to the EPA.
