Public Rulemaking Workshop - Chapter 62-701.520, F.A.C.

DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C. The purpose of this rulemaking initiative is to adopt rules for the containment, collection, and disposal of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF). In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above and it will also be conducted virtually via Teams.
