Solid Waste Financial Assurance Provider Companies

Several companies contacted the Department and indicated willingness to work with owners and operators of solid waste facilities to meet the financial assurance requirements of DEP rules. This list is not an all-inclusive list of actual providers - there are other companies in the market that offer similar services. By providing you with this list, the Department is neither endorsing any of these companies nor guaranteeing that any of these companies will be able to provide services to you individually.
