Approved/Registered Storage Tank System Equipment List

Rules 62-761.850(2) and 62-762.851(2), F.A.C.

This is a list of manufacturers, contact information, product information, and conditions for storage tank system equipment approved by DEP after December 10, 1990, through January 10, 2017. Effective January 11, 2017, the Department changed to an equipment registration process using Forms 62-761.900(9) and 62-762.901(9). Registered equipment now must be renewed every five years. For equipment previously approved, the equipment must be renewed by January 10, 2022. The DEP does not specifically endorse any particular manufacturer, nor is responsible for any failure or malfunction of the product or equipment. It is the responsibility of the tank owner to verify that the materials of storage tank systems and their components are compatible with the regulated substance stored in the tank system. All installed storage tank system equipment containing blends of ethanol, biodiesel, or other biofuels and additives shall be compatible with the regulated substances stored in the storage tank systems.  Contact information on the list is updated by the manufacturer and may not be current.
