DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 62-602, F.A.C. The purpose of this rulemaking initiative is to adopt rules for issuing licenses, by reciprocity, for water treatment, domestic wastewater treatment and water distribution system operators with licenses from other states and individuals serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above and it will also be conducted virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials will be available on the webpage below.
