This is a rule development workshop to discuss and receive public input on the development of proposed amendments to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., to update the environmental resource permitting (ERP) stormwater design and operation regulations using the most recent scientific information available. This rule development workshop will focus on language pertaining to Section 2 of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I: Terms and Definitions, and Section 8 of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I: Criteria for Evaluation, for nutrient related performance standards. Input will also be requested on potential future rule development workshop topics.
