DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., entitled, "Environmental Resource Permitting," to update the environmental resource permitting (ERP) stormwater design and operation regulations using the most recent scientific information available. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to present DEP's proposed rule revisions. The workshop will focus on language pertaining to Section 12 of the ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I: Operation and Maintenance Requirements. Staff will also address comments from the previous workshop, which focused on Section 2 of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I: Terms and Definitions, and Section 8 of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume I: Criteria for Evaluation, for nutrient related performance standards. Input will also be requested on potential future rule development workshop topics.
The department is hosting this public workshop for in-person attendees at the physical address listed above, as well as virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials are posted on the webpage below.
