The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is hosting a public meeting to present an overview of recent rule revisions to Chapter 62-330, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), and associated Applicant's Handbook I. These revisions updated the environmental resource permitting (ERP) stormwater design and operations regulations using the most recent scientific information available. DEP is hosting this meeting virtually via GoToWebinar. The same information will be covered in a duplicate meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 23. An agenda for the meeting will be posted on the webpage below once available.
A copy of the agenda may be also obtained by contacting Emma Baird at Emma.Baird@FloridaDEP.gov or 850-245-7655.
Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or persons who require translation services (free of charge) are asked to contact DEP's Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Coordinator at 850-245-2118 or LEP@FloridaDEP.gov at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting.
