Duke Energy Florida (DEF) Deland West-Dona Vista 230kV Transmission Line Project (TA25-20): For the construction, operation and maintenance of a new 230 kilovolt (kV) line. The proposed line is approximately 26.26 miles beginning at the DeLand West Substation in Volusia County and ending at the Dona Vista Substation in Lake County. The transmission line corridor crosses Volusia County, Lake County, the City of Umatilla and the City of Eustis. This application is being processed under the Florida Electrical Transmission Line Siting Act.
