The Office of General Counsel (OGC) plays an important part in the processing of Siting cases, as is further explained on the individual Siting Act pages.
Lea Crandall serves as the "Clerk of the Department," Office of General Counsel, and as such serves as the "Clerk of the Siting Board." All Siting legal activities are ultimately under the purview of the General Counsel.
