Proposed Rulemaking
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) proposes amendments to Chapter 62-621, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), to update the Construction Generic Permit (CGP) and associated forms, including the Notice of Intent (NOI). The rulemaking also proposes creating a new Notice of Termination (NOT) for the CGP and updating the existing NOT for the Multi-Sector Generic Permit (MSGP) and No Exposure Exclusion (NEX).

The Department has revised the draft rule according to public comments received.
