Help with obtaining a PIN

The Notice Center does not issue a PIN, which is needed to submit applications. 

Please email the DEP IT department with questions about your PIN at dep_otis_businessservices@floridadep.gov.

Construction/Industrial Generic Permits

For questions regarding construction (CGP), Industrial Stormwater (MSGP & NEX) permitting, contact the Notice Center (850-245-7522 or 866-336-6312 (toll-free)).

For questions regarding Multi-Sector Generic Permit (MSGP) Discharge Monitoring Reports or EzDMR, contact Monica Parchment (850-245-7521).

MS4 Program

Submit Annual Reports and responses to Department correspondence to NPDES-MS4@floridadep.gov
