New Well Subsidy Reimbursement Request Application Form
To be eligible for the new well subsidy reimbursement, the well must be constructed after July 1, 1997, and it must be in a hazardous contaminant delineated area per the Water Management District. The eligible reimbursement amount will be limited to the costs incurred for the additional requirements of the Water Management District.
