State 404 Program Public Hearing

This is a public hearing for the State 404 Program Notices of Proposed Rule published on February 19, 2020. Consistent with COVID-19 social distancing guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Department has modified the upcoming public hearing format. Accordingly, the Department has revised and re-published Notices of Hearing for the State 404 Program Rulemaking. These notices supercede the previous notices published on March 11, 2020. The hearing will now be held by webinar on three separate dates to maximize the opportunity for public participation. The same information will be presented by the Department during each webinar, so parties are able to register for the date that works best for them. The public comment period for this rulemaking is extended until midnight on April 17, 2020.
